While stepping back from daily operations, he will continue to serve as a mentor and consultant, offering his invaluable expertise and guidance. Additionally, Mark will remain engaged in managing key strategic accounts, ensuring continuity and excellence in client relationships.

In recognition of his dedication, leadership, and the significant contributions he has made to the growth and success of GCS, Mark is honored with the title of Rep Emeritus. Born in Florida, Charles later moved to Tennessee, where he graduated from the University of Memphis. It was there that he met his wife before settling in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where they raised their family. Today, he enjoys spending time with his growing family and staying active with friends—often on the pickleball court.

Tom is also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran (0311), having served three years and earning the distinction of a disabled veteran.
